Logo Design
The Logo
My role the creative design lead. The logo X was designed and developed to "evoke upward aspiration – a breakthrough leader, in perpetual pursuit of possibilities.
The chevron bears the semblance of the Chines character '人' ('people'), embodies both Plus Xnergy's people-oriented, inclusive culture and their innovative spirit and ingenuity in Reinventing Energy."
The Brief
A rebranding project for the Company - Plus Solar to Plus Xnergy Holding
Design Process
A collaborative process with the company's marketing team and advertising agency - PICO. As the tagline and look and feel was renewed, supported by focus group studies with the company's internal and external stakeholders. The logo design was proposed according to the company's new brand essence "Commitment, Drive, and Invention".

Brand Refresh & Brand Book
The Brief
A brand refresh. As a 5 years old company, the styles of the company's collaterals was due.
Design Strategies
The birth of the brand book was led by a series of conversations with the company's founders, business development, and marketing department. One of it was a workshop for branding exercise, which comprised inputs of many client-facing representatives across all region.
The brand essence and brand attributes were co-developed based on a few key aspects, such as culture, customer's voices and feelings, and the USP / X-factor that the company aspire to create, and what kind of impact would the services of the company will bring to the world.
Brand Book as Outcome
The brand book as a brand guide for all marketing materials, collaterals, company's templates from keynotes, engineers safety coat to employee handbook design.
Renewal were mainly on redefined imagery style, improved colour palettes, new typography application were reset.

My Role
To redesign a A4 bound company profile, on print and digital. Managed multiple stakeholders in terms of content and its accuracy. The challenge was to give a fresh yet premium impression from the old brand image.
Design Scope
Layout design, typography, select printing materials and other publishing process.

Aim to generate new leads with an approach of eco-friendly, trusted, yet prestige.
My Role
Design direction, floor-plan and storage planning. Selection of furniture, lighting and visuals production that showcases the company's track record adhering to the brand guide of the company.
